On the lunch menu today.. Fresh bruschetta and feta on garlic toast. It makes the perfect lunch.
What I like about this is that I just chopped up a few Campari tomatoes and red onions. I added some olive oil, salt, pepper, a clove of fresh garlic and some italian seasoning. It was the perfect amount since my husband isn’t a big fan of bruschetta. That’s ok I got my fix and he didn’t have to eat any. Some times I add balsamic drizzle too. Happy Wednesday lunch!
